These terms apply to the live webinars and other online programs offered by Greens Fitness Online Solution ("Greens", "we", "us") through this website. By registering or making a payment, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Our webinars are live online sessions on health, nutrition and fitness, conducted by the Greens dietitian and expert team on platforms such as Google Meet or Zoom. The joining link is shared with registered participants on WhatsApp before the session. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Health information

Webinars give general educational guidance. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or take medication, please consult your doctor before making changes to your diet or exercise. Results vary from person to person.

3. Registration and payment

The webinar fee is shown on the registration page in Indian Rupees (INR) and is payable in advance. Seats are limited and confirmed only after successful payment. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we do not store your card, UPI or bank details.

4. Your conduct

Please be respectful during the session. We may remove anyone who is abusive or disruptive, without a refund. Recording or redistributing the session without permission is not allowed.

5. Content

All presentations and materials shared in the webinar belong to Greens Fitness Online Solution and are for your personal use only.

6. Changes to the session

If we need to change the date or time of a webinar, we will inform you on WhatsApp and you may join the new session or ask for a full refund.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a webinar is limited to the fee you paid for it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the courts of Malappuram, Kerala.
